This Privacy Policy explains how DAPITA LTD ("we") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our mobile application and related services.

Service: DAPITA app, websites, and APIs.
User: any individual using the Service.
Personal Data: information identifying an individual.

Account: email, login, password, country/region/city (required).
Security/Session: IP (stored 3 months), device ID, login time, email OTP; phone verification for messenger (number not stored).
Usage: app activity logs, messaging metadata (timestamps, delivery status), push tokens.
Analytics: Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics; cookies on websites/APIs.
Planned: geolocation (future feature).
Payments: App Store transactions; web payments via processors (no full card storage).

4. How We Use Information

Provide and secure accounts; deliver guides, weather, airports, and eSIM services.
Authenticate users (email OTP, phone check).
Process subscriptions/payments; send service updates.
Improve the Service and prevent fraud/abuse.

5. Messaging and Encryption

Personal messages are end‑to‑end encrypted. Keys are stored on devices. We cannot access message content. Group chats support reports; metadata may be kept up to 3 months.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent data for marketing.
Shared only when necessary: eSIM (Airalo), travel (Trip.com), payments (Apple/web processors), analytics (Google/Firebase).

7. International Transfers

Transfers outside UK/EU use Standard Contractual Clauses and safeguards in line with GDPR/UK GDPR.

8. Retention

Account data: until deletion.
IP/device/session metadata: 3 months.
Payment records: as required by law (accounting).

9. Security

TLS in transit; E2E for messages; restricted staff access; periodic audits.
