What's included in the £499/year fee?

Full partner dashboard, demo installation, all marketing materials, priority support, training, and access to the partner catalogue. The fee covers infrastructure and dedicated support — every other benefit (license discounts, hosting margin, support margin) is on top.

Can I white-label DAPITA?

Yes, at Dapitium tier (60+ clients). You can rebrand the admin interface and present DAPITA as your own platform. Plugins and infrastructure remain DAPITA.

How is hosting handled?

You choose. Most partners rent a VPS (Hetzner, OVH, DigitalOcean — £5–10/month) per client and sell managed hosting at £50–100/month. We don't host — you keep the full margin.

Do clients pay me or DAPITA?

Both work. You can resell licenses (buy at discount, charge client your price) or refer clients to DAPITA (we charge them at standard price and you earn your tier commission on renewals).

How does the recruit bonus work?

Refer other partners with your code — earn 5% on every partner commission they generate, for life. Single layer only. A great way to build passive income from your network.

What if a client cancels?

Their lifetime margins to you continue while they stay. If they cancel, you stop earning from that client but everything you earned remains yours. No clawbacks.

Can I cancel the partnership?

Yes, anytime. The £499/year is non-refundable but you keep all earned commissions, your client relationships, and your tier status until your annual renewal.
