What we build
DAPITA is an ecosystem of four production-grade products — Core, BaaS, Algo, and Security — designed to work together as one stack. Instead of stitching together a dozen disconnected SaaS subscriptions, businesses run a single integrated platform on infrastructure they control.
A fifth product — DAPITA App, the universal mobile client — is in active development (TestFlight beta).

What we believe
Software should give businesses time, not take it. Most companies spend more hours learning their tools than running their business. DAPITA exists because that's broken.
We build for three principles, in this order:
- Best functionality — production-grade out of the box, no assembly required. 32+ plugins covering operations, sales, support, marketing, finance and AI.
- Real security — self-hosted, AES-256 encryption via HashiCorp Vault, AppArmor plugin isolation. Your data never leaves your server.
- Real speed — minutes from bare VPS to working platform, performance that scales without DevOps overhead.
How we are different
Most "all-in-one" business platforms are cloud SaaS that lock you into their pricing, their infrastructure, their data centers. DAPITA goes the other direction:
- Self-hosted by default — your VPS, your country, your control. Hetzner, DigitalOcean, OVH, or your own metal.
- One-time license pricing — Entity License £1,000 lifetime (Early Access £500). No per-seat fees, no usage tiers, no surprise rate hikes.
- Open plugin architecture — every feature is a plugin. Swap, build, or fork. Registered developers can publish to the plugin registry.
- One ecosystem — Core, BaaS, Algo, Security share identity, data and messaging by default. No webhooks. No iPaaS. No middleware.
